Return Policy

Overview

Any item we have crafted is returnable for defect. We will first attempt to fix and will then replace the return with a similar item. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required. We are unable to ever completely replace anything we sell as each item is One of A Kind!! Other returns are handled on an as needed basis. Please contact us at [email protected].

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Complimentary Items that are included in a purchase such as candles or their glass holders.
• The initial payment of a custom order goes towards raw materials. Once that is done you may cancel your custom order, but you will not receive your money back. Cancellation just cancels the second payment. Once the item is complete you may chose to return it with the same caveats as any item we sell.

The lifetime guarantee on pens means that we will need the pen back. We will first attempt to fix and then we will move to replacing your pen. All of our pens are refillable, this means if it stops writing please check the refill first.

We do not cover shipping for an item back to us. Please contact us at our email above if the shipping fee is too onerous for coverage and we will work out a fair splitting of that fee.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) days.
