Rex took scraps from our other projects — beautiful pieces of walnut, cherry, maple, and exotic woods that were too good to waste — and transformed them into something that’ll make every bottle of wine feel special. Each one started as leftover pieces from cutting boards or pen blanks, but Rex saw their potential. He carefully glued up contrasting woods to create these stunning geometric patterns, then turned each one by hand on the lathe.

What makes these stoppers so special isn’t just how they look (though we have to say, they’re pretty gorgeous). It’s that every single one tells a story. That rich walnut might have been part of a cutting board destined for a family in Phoenix. Those golden maple strips could be siblings to a pen that’s signing important documents somewhere.
